Patients, families, and friends can access the internet at Hennepin Healthcare clinics and the downtown main campus through wireless access, a free WiFi high-speed internet service, for laptop computers, tablets, and smartphone devices. Access our wireless guest access throughout the hospital by following these easy steps:

  1. Use your Network Connection Utility to connect to HCMC Guest Access.
  2. Open a web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome).

You will now have access to internet services.
